So, it seems that the latest story we’ve heard surround the Joker movie would make perfect sense, but doesn’t at all sound comfortable for the extras involved.
According to reports, during filming for the upcoming Joker standalone movie; Joker extras were locked inside a train car for about three hours. Not only this, but a few, not able to prevent themselves from using the bathroom; started urinating to relieve themselves. I know, gross. I feel a little grossed out even writing this, but we can only imagine what the extras may have felt during this time.
The Screen Actor’s Guild (SAG) has sent representatives to monitor and investigate, with the studio becoming aware so to ensure nothing like this happens again. Actors use method ways to get into character all the time, but these are extras and it’s obvious that they were pretty uncomfortable to resort to using the bathroom in that manner.
The Joker with Joaquin Phoenix continues filming and is expected to be released October 4, 2019.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
