There are a lot of upcoming remakes of classic Disney animated movies, including Lady and the Tramp. The childhood favorite about an upper-middle-class dog meeting a street-wise “tramp” will include both CGI and real-life and will star Tessa Thompson as Lady and Justin Theroux as the tramp. Below you can see the first set photos of the cocker spaniel playing one of the title characters.
Charlie Bean will be directing the film and the movie will be most likely available on Disney’s streaming service in 2019. There’s not much to go on with these photos, but it will be interesting to see how the CGI plays in with the real-life action, especially since the dog playing Lady is indeed a real dog.
