ABC Decides Not to Go Forward With a ‘Revenge’ Sequel Series

Revenge is one of my favorite shows that has aired in the past decade or so. The ABC drama ran from 2011 to 2015 and starred Emily VanCamp as Emily/Amanda. Even though it ended five years ago, there was a potential sequel series that was set to follow the story of a young Latina immigrant who came to Malibu. From there, the character would set off to exact revenge on a “pharmaceutical dynasty that caused the murder of her biochemist mother, the destruction of her family, and a global epidemic”.

It was rumored that Gabriel Mann would reprise his Revenge roll as Nolan for the series. Mike Kelley, who was the original series creator; was meant to be the executive producer. Joe Fazzio was meant to be the EP.
