Angel Expands Franchise Ownership with Three Strategic Acquisitions

Angel Acquires Tuttle Twins, Homestead, and The Wingfeather Saga Intellectual Property, Strengthening Platform Engagement and Long-Term Franchise Ownership Strategy

Provo, UT — November 14, 2025 — Angel (NYSE: ANGX), the media and technology company powered by 1.6 million grassroots Angel Guild members, has announced the acquisition of three of its highest-performing original series: Tuttle Twins, Homestead, and The Wingfeather Saga. These titles span family, thriller, and fantasy genres—each representing a core pillar of Angel’s growing, values-driven entertainment ecosystem.

Together, the franchises have generated more than four million hours of viewing and contributed approximately 350,000 new Angel Guild member sign-ups since December 2024, highlighting the strength of Angel’s community-driven model and the long-term value of owning its most successful IP outright.

“These acquisitions represent strategic investments in Angel’s long-term growth,” said Neal Harmon, Co-Founder and CEO of Angel. “Each franchise reflects the values that unite the Angel Guild and ranks among the most watched on our platform. By fully integrating them into Angel, we strengthen our competitive position and advance our mission to deliver values-driven storytelling at scale.”

    Tuttle Twins

Tuttle Twins is Angel’s most-watched television series, offering a family-friendly animated adventure that uses humor and heart to introduce complex ideas like freedom, responsibility, and civic principles. Now in its fourth season, the show has become a foundational piece of Angel’s family programming lineup.

    Performance Highlights (Dec 2024–Sept 2025)

    • 124 million minutes watched
    • 18.2-minute average viewing session

    Homestead

Homestead, starring Neal McDonough, is a premium post-apocalyptic thriller exploring faith, resilience, and the fight for survival after a nuclear blast fractures America. With both a feature film and a season of television, it has rapidly become one of Angel’s most influential and emotionally resonant franchises.

    Performance Highlights (Dec 2024–Sept 2025)

    • 81 million minutes watched
    • 1 in 8 minutes watched on the platform tied to Homestead
    • 253,000 new Angel Guild members acquired

    The Wingfeather Saga

Based on Andrew Peterson’s bestselling novels, The Wingfeather Saga is a hand-painted, 3D animated fantasy adventure series filled with imagination, virtue, and emotional depth. With more than 1.8 million books sold and record-setting crowdfunding support, it remains one of the most beloved family franchises in modern independent animation.

    Performance Highlights (Dec 2024–Sept 2025)

    • 40.3 million total minutes watched
    • 20.6-minute average viewing session

    Financial Details and Strategic Impact

The acquisitions were funded through a mix of cash and stock for a combined value of approximately $89 million. The investment aligns with Angel’s disciplined approach to franchise expansion while prioritizing shareholder value.

By securing ownership of its strongest IP, Angel reinforces its vertically integrated, community-first entertainment model. The move ensures that the stories most embraced by Angel Guild members remain fully controlled and expandable across future seasons, consumer products, live experiences, and more.

With this strategic consolidation, Angel strengthens its ability to build enduring, values-driven franchises supported and validated directly by its global audience.
