Aquaman Could Be The Highest Earning DC Movie Since The Dark Knight Rises

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”12538″ img_size=”800×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Aquaman is earning an astounding amount of money in the box office, with already making over $700 million worldwide. Predictions have that this DC film could make up to $900 million dollars. This would make this the highest earning movie in the DC world ever since The Dark Knight Rises in 2012! This is what happens when you have a great cast and a great director with little to no interference from the studios; a film that is a box office success!

2012’s The Dark Knight Rises made about $1.09 billion dollars when it was out and was the conclusion to Christopher Nolan’s Batman Trilogy. This was before the days of the DCEU. Batman vs Superman made about $873.6 million, but there is no doubt that Aquaman is going to kick that earning record to the side, as it’s gaining a lot of favorability among fans.

While Aquaman is predicted to earn up to $900 million, I would not doubt that it could hit the $1 billion mark if it continues on its current track. Have you seen Aquaman? If so, are you going back to see it for a second/third time?
