‘Avengers 4’ Reshoots Could Mean the Return of a Fan Favorite

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”6043″ img_size=”800×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Avengers 4 is getting some reshoots and according to a reddit user, we may see the return of a lovable MCU character. Not only did Taika Waititi give us Thor: Ragnarok, he also provided the voice and motion capture for Korg. As the rock man who originally tries to recruit Thor for his revolution, Korg is funny, witty, and just a great guy to have in a pinch. While we saw him on the ship at the end of Ragnarok, we did not see Korg on the same ship when Thanos obliterated everyone in the beginning sequence of Avengers: Infinity War. He wasn’t the only character we didn’t see, as Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie was not seen and we’re hoping both fan-favorites made it out alive.

During a photo for the reshoots, dubbed the “reshoot cast”; we see Waititi involved. While it could be possible that the director is involved to give his directorial insight, there’s also a chance that he is there to once again bring Korg to life. This would be a treat for fans and since Infinity War ended in such a raw, emotional way, it would be good to have some of the humor Korg provides added to the sequel. We can also notice from the picture that Marissa Tomei is in it, as well as Pom Klementieff.

Would you be happy to see Korg back on the main screen?

Avengers 4 will hit theaters May 3, 2019.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
