[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”12221″ img_size=”900×450″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]There is no doubt that Marvel’s Black Panther is going to walk away with a lot of awards, considering everything they’ve been nominated for. On top of an Oscar nomination, the box-office hit has garnered eight nominations from the Music City Film Critics’ Association, which is based in Nashville, TN. The film itself was not nominated but director Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan were both nominated.

The categories Black Panther found itself nominated in were: Best Song, Best Score, Best Sound, Best Sound Integration, Best Production Design, and Best Action Movie. Having eight nominations made it second in line behind A Star is Born, which received ten nominations. The winners will be announced on January 10th and below you can see the full list for all the nominations.
