Cast of Friends Still Making Tons of Cash Off Show

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”12265″ img_size=”900×562″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]There was a collective sigh of relief when fans found out that Friends was staying on Netflix. After all, who doesn’t sit down to binge-watch the show whenever they’re in the mood for a good day of TV? Having originally aired from 1994 to 2004, the series is still a popular one even fourteen years later.

Due to the popularity of the show, Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer are still making a substantial amount of money. According to the subreddit r/television, the cast is making about $20 million dollars a year due to the show bringing in roughly one billion annually for Warner Bros.

Friends: The show that keeps on giving — All six cast members still make $20 million a year each, since the show still brings in $1 billion annually for Warner Bros. They could get even more thanks to a new Netflix deal.”

When the show first aired, each cast member was making about $22,500 an episode, which turned into $1 million an episode towards the end of the series. Suffice to say, many of us would be happy enough with making their starting salary. The actors have worked since then, but with all the money they’ve made from Friends alone, it’s enough to retire for multi lifetimes.
