Geek Vibes Nation reported [back in January] that CBS was developing a show called Clarice. The series would be based around the character who was played by Jodie Foster in the 1991 film, The Silence of The Lambs.
Now, we can report that CBS has found its Clarice. Rebecca Breeds will be playing Clarice Sterling. Breeds is mostly known for her roles on The Originals and Pretty Little Liars. Breeds will star in this drama pilot, which will take place in 1993 – after the events of the film.
Clarice is a:
“Deep dive into the untold personal story of Clarice Starling as she returns to the field to pursue serial murderers and sexual predators while navigating the high stakes political world of Washington, D.C.”
