[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”17944″ img_size=”768×433″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Denis Villeneuve’s Dune reboot is really making a name for itself with the impressive cast that has already been signed to this movie, which is an adaptation of Frank Herbert’s classic sci-fi novel. Among the stellar list is Timothy Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Jason Momoa, Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Javier Bardem, Charlotte Rampling, Josh Brolin, and Stellan Skarsgård. Now, another well-known name has joined the film; Chang Chen, who portrayed Lo or “Dark Cloud” in Ang Lee’s Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Chen will portray Wellington Yueh, who will serve as a physician to the House Atreides; Yueh is a graduate of the Suk School, which is an establishment whose doctors are best known for their honesty, sense of trust, and being the best medical practitioners in the known universe. Leto Atreides consider Dr. Yueh as one of his most reliable advisors, so we can see how Chen is going to play an important piece in this upcoming reboot.

Production is expected to begin as early as April or May, with a November 2020 release date. Are you excited for Chen to be joining Dune? Let us know!
