Cleopatra Entertainment released Shin Ultraman, a reimagining of one of Japan’s classic superheroes, on Blu-Ray and DVD last month. In our review of the Blu-Ray, we made note of some egregious errors in the formatting of the English subtitles that left in some editing keys and omitted proper translation of a few key sequences of text and music.
The company has listened to consumer feedback and has implemented a replacement program to correct these issue. GVN has received the corrected disc and we have amended our Blu-Ray review to note the corrections. General retailers should now have the corrected disc, but if you have previously purchased this release on Blu-Ray or DVD or find your new purchase to be sourced from some of the old stock, you can request a replacement via the following method provided directly from the distributor MVD Entertainment:
Send an email to support@cleopatrarecords.zendesk.com with the following info:
Please include proof of purchase and version (Blu-ray or DVD). Make sure to include your full name and address in your reply as well. Once confirmed, we can send you a replacement disc.
