Cobie Smulders to Star in ABC Series Based on Graphic Novel Stumptown

There’s no official title, but according to Comicbook.com the pilot received a lot of attention, which was written by Jason Richman and directed by James Griffiths. ABC picked up the series and has high hopes for the upcoming show.

The series will focus on Dex Parios who is a private investigator with a military background. Her personality can rub others the wrong way, especially the criminals in Portland, Oregon. Whether it’s the bad guys or her fellow police, she doesn’t let anyone deter her from her work.

Stumptown will also feature Tantoo Cardinal, Cole Sibus, Adrian Martinez, Camryn Manheim, and Michael Ealy. As we find out more about this series, we will let you know.
