Could Emma Watson Be Brought into the Black Widow Movie?

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”17140″ img_size=”900×500″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]This is news that is surely to interest many; as we know casting is in full swing with the Black Widow movie that is coming up and apparently the studio is looking for a female role that is “physically demanding” and also “feels similar” to Scarlet Johansson. Right now, it seems that a short list is being made for the part and while this does not mean anyone has accepted the role, it’s sure to make Harry Potter fans happy.

Emma Watson is headlining the list for this role and apparently her name has been brought up several times during discussion between the director Cate Shortland, Brad Winderbaum, and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige. Along with Watson, Alice Englert and Dar Zuzovsky have recently auditioned for the role, having made good impressions – Florence Pugh is still in the running. Originally, the casting called for a woman in the 30-39 age range, but if the actress is right, the studio will cast.
