There have been many theories as to who the next villain of the MCU is going to be. Some pointing to Galactus, while others point to Doctor Doom. Another popular name that many have suggested is Kang the Conquerer. Reputable source Daniel Richtman and even YouTube reporter Warstu say that the Disney+ series Loki, will indeed be setting up Kang. Whether or not he will be the next big bad or just a one off villain remains to be seen.
During the Super Bowl we got the Marvel TV spot showing glimpses of Loki, WandaVision, and The Falcon and the Winter Solider. In that TV spot we see Loki wearing a jumpsuit belonging to the Time Variance Authority.
We know that Loki stole the Tesseract and the reported plot of Loki is that he will be jumping to different points of time causing all kinds of mischief. This time jumping catches the eye of the TVA who are not fond of Loki messing with the timelines. In the comics Kang himself was also known for time travel so it is possible that Loki and Kang cross paths at some point. The Loki series is reportedly planned for more than one season so Kang might be confined to the TV series until if and when he makes his big screen MCU debut.
