[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]While the next Aquaman film is still some ways off, December 16, 2022 to be exact, a new rumor today suggests that DC’s THE OTHERS might be coming to the sequel. Well know Aquaman Twitter account, @AquamanUniverse dropped a tweet last night indicating the group would be in the sequel.

The same account back on October 15, 2014 Tweeted out
We’ve been told that 2018’s AQUAMAN starring Jason Momoa will also feature Mera, Orm, Black Manta and THE TRENCH!
So this new RUMOR might have some solid validity to it but it is way too soon to even know for sure. No details have emerged that Wan was even working on a script so The Others might be just talk within the studio. If you are no familiar with The Others are a team of heroes that Aquaman was once part of. The team members are Aaron Cole, Kahnia the Seer, Prisoner of War, Sayeh, Sky Alchesay, The Operative, Voktok-X, and Ya’Wara.
If this rumor is true then it would for sure expand the DCEU and the Aquaman universe. Interesting for sure and something we will keep an eye on at GVN.
