DC Universe and The CW’s Stargirl has been officially renewed for a second season. On top of this, the second season will exclusively air on The CW. Meaning that it won’t premiere on the DC Universe app – which might be the case for more shows considering Doom Patrol is playing on both DC Universe and HBO Max. Plus, the Harley Quinn show, which originally premiered on the DC Universe app, will also make its way to HBO Max soon.
Stargirl was first created by Geoff Johns and the series stars Brec Bassinger as Courtney Whitmore. Stargirl also stars Luke Wilson, Amy Smart, Trae Romano, Cameron Gellman, Yvette Monreal, Anjelika Washington, Meg DeLacy, Neil Jackson, Jake Austin Walker, Christopher James Baker and Hunter Sansone.
Recently, we interviewed Neil Hopkins of Stargirl and you can find that interview here.
Are you excited that Stargirl has been renewed for a second season?
