Had Ben Affleck and Warner Bros. reached an agreement for his return as Batman, the new film would have had Affleck’s Dark Knight appear in the film as the present day Batman in the beginnng and in the end of the story. In addition, it also appeared that Affleck’s Batman would have been in the plans of Birds of Prey starring Margot Robbie which is currently in production. However, as was announced this week, that Bat-Ship has sailed as Affleck himself confirmed he would not be returning at Batman and he wished Matt Reeves luck with his new vision of the Caped Crusader.
How much do you regret the loss of Ben Affleck as Batman? Is there someone Matt Reeves can bring in that would serve as some “Bactine” to that open sore? Share the Batman that would cure you with us at GVNation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
