There has been a lot of drama with the Disney and Fox deal, but the at the end Disney has won the bid competing with Comcast. Many fans are excited about this change many other are very skeptical. regardless we do get a lot of fan theories and how they will enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Deadline has a new information about the process of what is going on. Lachlan Murdock talks about how fortunate he is to continue working with his talented executives.

Keep in mind Lachlan will be the new chairman and CEO of Fox. This is for the people that didn’t know Disney. They will only own the movies aspect of Fox. Sports, news etc.
“All the moves are contingent upon the close of the $71.3 billion deal, which will see Disney take ownership of all Fox assets except for the broadcast network, local TV stations, Fox News and FS1. While some insiders have indicated a deal close is possible by the end of 2018, the official forecast is for early 2019.”
