Disney Will Release Captain America Trilogy on 4K Ultra HD

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”12179″ img_size=”900×450″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]While Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has yet to officially announce it, Amazon France seems to have a listing for Captain America: The First Avenger, The Winter Soldier, and Civil War to all be released on 4K Ultra HD. Last August, Disney released its first 4k version of one of their movies in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 and it seems the Captain America Trilogy is getting the same treatment.

Since then, the likes of Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man: Homecoming have received the same treatment. With the UHD discs offering High Dynamic Range, the movies are given brighter colors to help movie enthusiasts able to enjoy these films at home.

“I think one day you’ll look back and watch — Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Captain America: Civil War — and it’ll be one of the most unique and different trilogies ever around a single character.” – Kevin Feige commented.

You’ll be able to see Chris Evans reprise his role as Captain America in Avengers: Endgame, which will premiere April 26, 2019.
