Vin Diesel fresh off filming his new film Bloodshot, took to his personal Instagram page to reveal that production on the next chapter of The Fast and Furious franchise is heading to London to film.
“Crew heads out to London next month for the next chapter… #FAST9” – Diesel wrote on his personal Instagram page along with a video which you can check out below.
In the video you can see his long time co-star Michelle Rodriquez who plays Letty. Earlier Vin also mentioned the writers for the upcoming Fast and Furious all female led film. Right now Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson are filming the other spinoff film Hobbs & Shaw and there is not mention if those two will be joining the crew in London any time soon. Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, and Jordana Brewster are expected to return. Back in May Vin had this to say about just how big the next film will be
“It does get bigger. I just got off the phone with Justin Lin, who is directing Fast 9 and Fast 10, and I can’t tell you how excited he is….We haven’t been to Africa, I can tell you that. And we are long overdue.”
