Fathom Entertainment has just announced its 2026 Big Screen Classics lineup, and it’s shaping up to be an exciting year for movie lovers. This annual series brings timeless favorites and major anniversary celebrations back to the big screen in theaters across the country, starting in March.

What makes these events extra special is that legendary film critic Leonard Maltin is back for his fourth year, providing exclusive introductions before each screening. He’ll share his insights on why these movies still matter today and how they’ve influenced cinema over the decades. Maltin is a familiar voice from Entertainment Tonight, TCM, and his podcast Maltin on Movies—he’s one of the most trusted experts in the field.

The 2026 lineup covers a huge range of genres and eras, from Hollywood epics to thrillers, comedies, sci-fi, and holiday favorites. It spans nearly 90 years of film history and includes several big anniversary milestones.
