Quick hits

  • I think Florida has a chance to stand out this year in a big way, they’ve returned a ton of talent and they should ride the arm of Kyle Trask throughout this season. I had them lose two early games against LSU and Texas A&M, but I could see those games flip in the favor of Florida.
  • Can Jamie Newman carry Georgia to the promise land? That will be the big question this season because any sign of struggling, I could see them give the job to J.T. Daniels.
  • UT is a year away from Harrison Bailey coming in and being one of/if not the best quarterback in the SEC. I think they struggle this season but look for them to be a powerhouse for years to come.
  • Kentucky will beat up on the bad teams and continue the trend to lose to the good ones.
