HBO Renews Westworld For Season Four And Has Plans For Six Seasons

Westworld’s current third season won’t be its last. The HBO series has been renewed for a fourth season.

This renewal is very early on and there aren’t many details. For example, there’s no telling when the fourth season will air and how many episodes will be in the next season. We do know that Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan will remain at the helm.

HBO programming president Casey Bloys stated:

“From the Western theme park to the technocratic metropolis of the near future, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed every twist and turn from the minds of master storytellers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. We can’t wait to see where their inspired vision takes us next.”

Joy and Nolan will continue working on Westworld, as well as create content for Amazon Prime Video. THR’s sources say the series will go on for at least six seasons.
