It seems that some viewers may not realize that characters are killed off frequently in Suicide Squad comics. I say this because director James Gunn is apparently getting death threats over potentially killing certain characters in the upcoming film, The Suicide Squad.
Gunn has frequently teased that Warner Bros. gave him free rein to kill who he wants and he’s promised that many will die. Though they’re just fictional characters and based on a comic book run that kills characters off all the time, Gunn is still getting threats.

While most of us relish in the idea of Gunn going balls to the wall crazy in his film, it seems that some fans are not happy about that. Hopefully, Gunn doesn’t get too much hate and we’ll all have to see who makes it to the end!
