Josh Brolin has departed Steven Soderbergh’s upcoming film Kill Switch. With Avengers wrapped up, Brolin’s schedule is now packed with other projects. Such as Amazon Prime’s Outer Range series. Cuts had to be made and it seemed like Kill Switch was the one on the chopping block.

Who can replace Brolin? Collider reports that Jon Hamm is in talks to take over the role. If Hamm does get the role, he’ll join Brolin’s former Marvel co-stars Sebastian Stan and Don Cheadle. Kill Switch is about a group of criminals in the 1950s who try to break into a home and obviously, it goes horribly wrong. The kicker? Someone might have double-crossed them. Hamm would play a police officer who is “hot on the trail” of these criminals.

Would you like to see Hamm take over Brolin’s role?
