Jurassic World: Dominion Will Usher In a ‘New Era’ of Films

Just when you thought it was all coming to an end, it is actually just beginning. Jurassic World: Dominion will serve as a “start of a new era” according to producer Frank Marshall. When we left Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, all hell has broke loose. Dinosaurs are now roaming free in the United States.

“The dinosaurs are now on the mainland amongst us, and they will be for quite some time, I hope”

Both Jurassic World and Fallen Kingdom have generated a whopping $3 billion at the world wide box office. That in itself is enough reason for Universal to want to continue telling these stories. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard return for a third movie but will they return for more. Will we see a brand new cast take on the mantle for future films? Returning are former Jurassic Park actors Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum and Laura Dern. Neill returned for part 3 alongside Dern and Goldblum did Jurassic Park The Lost World and made a cameo in Fallen Kingdom.

I doubt the former stars will sign on for more films but never say never.

Do you think Universal should continue the franchise or should it end with Dominion?
