Kevin Smith, probably one of the greatest contributors to the geekly world; took to Instagram today to talk about his involvement in Howard the Duck’s animated series on Hulu. Not only did he mention Dave Willis’s involvement and the fact that what he’s seen so far of Hit Monkey and M.O.D.O.K. are amazing, but he also hinted that a Howard the Duck (1986 film) alum may be coming on board.
Lea Thompson played Beverly Switzler in the 1980s film and considering she didn’t “say no”, does that mean maybe it’s a maybe? Or even a yes? This would be super neat to have this little callback to the original and if anyone could bring in a classic, it would be Kevin Smith!
