We finally have a date for Christopher Meloni’s return to the Law and Order world! NBC has officially announced that Law and Order: Organized Crime will air on April 1st with a crossover episode with Law and Order: SVU. The two-hour event will start with SVU at 9 pm. It will then be followed by Organized Crime at 10 pm EST. This will be the first time Meloni will be reunited onscreen with Mariska Hargitay since SVU season 12.
Organized Crime will star Meloni as Stabler, back in the NYPD after a “devastating personal loss”. Stabler will look to rebuild his life as a part of a task force aimed at taking down the most powerful criminal syndicates in NYC.
