Lionsgate Home Entertainment has officially announced that The Blair Witch Project: Definitive Collector’s Edition will be available to own on Blu-Ray and Limited Edition VHS on October 13, 2026, via their direct-to-consumer site, Lionsgate Limited. Written and directed by Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez, the film stars Heather Donahue, Michael C. Williams, and Joshua Leonard.
The new Blu-Ray is presented with three versions of the film: Filmmaker-approved 2024 theatrical and festival cuts restored from original Hi8 tapes and 16mm film, available in the U.S. for the first time; plus the original-release version.
