With lockdown measures still in place, many a comic book shop visit has surely been canceled. Do not fear, however, as our good pals over at Mad Cave Studios have been working endlessly on brand spanking new content. Now, where oh where can I find out about this content I hear you ask? Right here of course! Here’s everything you need to know about the Mad Cave Showcase 2020.
Since most of us haven’t been able to leave our homes. Plus plenty of major conventions across the country have largely been postponed or canceled. Fans are surely looking to stretch their legs with some comic book-oriented fun. Well, now you can from the comfort of your own homes thanks to Mad Cave’s Showcase. A virtual event broadcasting live from Miami, FL on Friday, May 15th from 12 PM to 5 PM EST hosted by Jazz Stone.
Join Mad Cave and an all-star line-up of special guests. Including acclaimed writers Christopher Sebela (Shanghai Red, Crowded) and Matthew Erman (Bonding, Long Lost). They’ll be discussing new projects from within the Cave. We will also be joined by a bevy of industry veterans to discuss the state of comics. But the fun doesn’t end there. Famed artist, Liana Kangas (She Said Destroy) will be doing a live drawing and taking questions.
In an effort to help support Comic Book Retailers around the country. Mad Cave will be promoting and accepting donations throughout the event for Mad Cave’s GO FUND ME Relief Fund for U.S Comic Book Retailers.
