New Beauty and the Beast information for the upcoming Disney+ series. This is a spin-off series based around the 2017 live-action version of Beauty and the Beast. The upcoming show will follow Luke Evans as Gaston and Josh Gad as LeFou. This will serve as a prequel to the events of the movie.
No telling what the plot will be, but The Illuminerdi is reporting on a new character. According to the outlet, Tilly, a young Black 19-year-old woman; will be added as a series regular. She’s described as “poised” and adventurous. as well as “trying to write her own story”.
The show will apparently look to film around September of this year in the UK.
