[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]When the first trailer for Avengers: Endgame was released, there were a few moments that had people believing a character was edited out in order to avoid spoiling too much for fans. We now have Captain Marvel appearing in recent trailers, but for the scene where several Avengers are walking across a field, it seems the answer has been revealed in a new promo. As screenshot by Comicbook.com, it seems like it’s Pepper Potts who was initially cut out; which now pretty much confirms it’s Tony’s ship landing back on Earth that everyone is looking at/headed towards.
Gwyneth Paltrow is playing Pepper for the last time for Endgame, which she had commented on previously:
“I mean, I’m a bit old to be in a suit and all that at this point,” she told Variety. “I feel very lucky that I did it, because I actually got talked into it. I was friends with [Iron Man director] Jon Favreau. It was such a wonderful experience making the first Iron Man and then to watch how important it has become to fans. I feel honored to be a part of something that people are so passionate about,” she continued. “Of course, if they said, ‘Can you come back for a day?’ I will always be there if they need me.”
Avengers: Endgame comes out April 26th. Avoid spoilers online and make sure to buckle up, for this movie is three hours and 58 seconds!
