This week, we spotlight the 4K UHD Blu-Ray debut of the latest Marvel effort Thunderbolts* from Disney. The film starring Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Lewis Pullman, and more, comes with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos audio along with a commentary track, various featurettes, deleted scenes, and more. Also arriving fresh from theaters is the Blu-Ray debut of the fantasy horror comedy Death of a Unicorn from A24. In the world of television, we have the Apple TV+ dystopian drama See: The Complete Series starring Jason Momoa on Blu-Ray courtesy of Fifth Season. The release comes with 24 episodes from the three seasons.

Boutique labels are really showing off this month with some lavish releases of beloved classics. The folks at Imprint Films have given the iconic Martin Scorsese drama Raging Bull starring Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci a fresh 4K UHD Blu-Ray release with Dolby Vision. The release is derived from a 2022 4K master approved by the director and is loaded with special features including three commentary tracks, a documentary, and more. Lionsgate Limited continues to build up their arsenal of unparalleled releases with the 4K UHD Blu-Ray debut of cult horror favorite Frailty from director and star Bill Paxton. The film has been remastered in 4K with Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos audio, fascinating new and archival special features, and a reproduction of the original script with handwritten notes from Paxton.

The thrills continue over at Scream Factory with the 4K UHD Blu-Ray debut of Lord of Illusions from Clive Barker. The 4K UHD release comes from a 4K restoration of the Original Camera Negative of the Director’s Cut with Dolby Vision. The special features include a commentary track, interviews, and more. Label counterpart Shout! Studios has more 4K UHD debuts including the Mike Nichols political comedy Primary Colors starring John Travolta and Emma Thompson. Paramount is delivering two 4K UHD Blu-Ray SteelBook releases that are sure to appeal to very distinct groups. First, ’90s kids will love revisiting the Joe Dante family action film Small Soldiers. The new 4K UHD release comes remastered in Dolby Vision with a behind-the-scenes featurette and bloopers. And old school Hollywood fans won’t want to miss the SteelBook of the Alfred Hitchcock heist romance To Catch a Thief starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly. The 4K restoration comes in Dolby Vision with a commentary track, featurettes, and more.
