Paramount Home Entertainment has officially announced that the limited series 1883 will be available to own on Blu-Ray and DVD on August 30, 2022. Written and directed by Taylor Sheridan (Hell or High Water), the series stars stars Academy Award nominee Sam Elliott, Grammy Award winner Tim McGraw, Grammy Award winner Faith Hill, Isabel May, LaMonica Garrett, Marc Rissmann, Audie Rick, Eric Nelsen and James Landry Hébert. Synopsis: The hit prequel to the Emmy®-nominated series “Yellowstone,” “1883” follows the Dutton family as they embark on a journey through the Great Plains. It is a stark retelling of Western expansion, and an intense study of one family fleeing poverty to seek a better future in America’s promised land – Montana.
