Paramount To Release Two ‘South Park’ Post COVID Specials On Blu-Ray This December

Paramount Home Entertainment has officially announced that South Park: Post COVID will be available to own on Blu-Ray and DVD on December 13, 2022. On August 13, 1997, Comedy Central debuted Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s “South Park” to massive acclaim and outrage. 25 years later, the bitingly satirical and brilliantly funny show continues to delight and offend viewers around the world. The Blu-ray and DVD releases include both “South Park: Post COVID” and “South Park: The Return of COVID,” which originally premiered exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S. and Canada. Synopsis: What happened to the children who lived through the Pandemic?  Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny survived but will never be the same “Post COVID.”  If Stan, Kyle and Cartman could just work together, they could go back in time to make sure COVID never happened and save Kenny’s life.  In “The Return of COVID,” traveling back to the past seems to be the easy answer until they meet Victor Chaos.
