Production Dates Revealed For Disney+’s Cassian Andor Series

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”13450″ img_size=”970×545″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Disney+ may have some exciting Marvel shows coming to their streaming service, but also Star Wars related series for viewers to get excited about. On top of the highly-anticipated The Mandalorian, we also have a Cassian Andor project that is confirmed for an October start for shooting.

That Hashtag Show has shared the production timeline with the internet. According to them, an extensive shoot with production is expected to begin on October 28, 2019 and wrap up on June 17, 2020. This is interesting, as well; considering that the October date is around the same time The Mandalorian began filming in 2018.

There is also a small synopsis that we’ve been provided with:

“The “Rogue One” prequel will unfold in the early years of the Rebellion and is described as a “rousing spy thriller.” Diego Luna will reprise his role as rebel spy Cassian Andor, the cocky daredevil who helped steal the Death Star plans in the hit 2016 movie. “
