Randall park’s scene stealing FBI Agent Jimmy Woo was last seen in 2018’s ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ where he was tasked with following Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang during his house arrest. Audiences responded very well to the character but Randall Park assumed this would be his one an only venture into the MCU. But, the creators of ‘WandaVision‘ decided to bring the character back.
In the latest episode we see the return of Woo, who is investigating a missing person’s case alongside Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) who ends up sucked into the mysterious town herself. He, along with the return of another fan favorite character Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings), then investigate what is happening with Monica as they uncover the false sitcom reality that Wanda is participating in.
But, the question everyone has is if Park actually learned the trick or if it was just CGI. Park responded:
“Actually, a magician taught me that and i actually worked really hard on it before the scene because I had to get it right”
He revealed that that trick actually wasn’t that difficult for him to learn and he ended up learning it in only a couple of day. Which is definitely in stark contrast to how the character Jimmy Woo himself was obsessed with learning the trick after seeing Scott Lang flaunt it in his face.
Jimmy Woo will hopefully return for another appearance in the final 5 episodes of the series, which debuts new episodes every Friday on Disney+
