In ‘Better Together’, six teens are brought together following a tragic event that sets them on an unexpected journey into the Oklahoma wilderness. What begins as an adventure to uncover a legendary hidden landmark soon transforms into a deeply personal exploration of identity, grief, and emotional resilience.

As they navigate challenges, solve clues, and face both external dangers and internal struggles, the group forms an unbreakable bond that ultimately helps them confront the darkness within themselves.

A Story Rooted in Healing and Connection

Written by Sean Thiessen and directed by Emmy Award-winner Kyle William Roberts, the film is designed to spark conversations around mental health and the importance of support systems, especially among young people.
