After becoming open to all owners of “Red Dead Redemption 2” last week, Red Dead Online has faced many criticisms about its online economy. The new currency, gold, has been the root of these complaints. Players have found that it takes several hours to earn a single gold bar. With some items costing up to 8 gold bars, and this currency to soon cost real money, many feel that their criticisms are justified. Rockstar has acknowledged the criticism yesterday on Twitter, and commented on the current state of the game, stating that they were going to do some additional balancing.
