Russo Brothers Would Like To See Kraven and Dr. Doom in The MCU Someday

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”20274″ img_size=”640×392″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]With the Disney acquisition of Fox, and along with it, the rights of the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, Dead Pool and a number of other characters, it has been a common discussion which of these characters might one day become part of the MCU. Apparently, the directors of Avengers: End Game, Joe and Anthony Russo have also been thinking about the possibilities. During their recent media blitz, for the film, the Russo Bros. talked about who they would like to see one day in MCU during an interview with SyFy Wire.

Joe Russo stated that he’d love to see Kraven because, “that Spider-Man, Kraven arc would be pretty amazing to see,” adding in his love for Doctor Doom by saying how much he loves the, “Shakespearean mythology behind him as a character.” Not only that, but the brothers shared how if they were to make another independent character story, they’d love to make a film around Wolverine or the Fantastic Four, jokingly adding in, “we could die working at Marvel.”

Of course, the Russos’ have already said how much they would like to do a Secret Wars film. In fact, there has been talks about working with Avengers: Endgame writers Stephen McFeely and Christoper Markus on a possible script. Until any of that comes to fruition, we’ll just have to settle for perhaps the biggest Marvel film of all, Avengers: End Game. It’s only days away.
