Salem’s Lot is an upcoming adaptation of Stephen King’s novel and it’s now found a director. Gary Dauberman is the man behind last year’s Annabelle Comes Home and he will be directing the new Salem’s Lot. He is also the project’s screenwriter. Joining him is James Wan, Roy Lee, and Mark Wolper as executive producers.
King’s book was published in 1975 and is about someone who returns to his hometown so he can write about a mysterious abandoned mansion in a small town. Of course, the story also centers around vampires, which the author tries to stop along with a small group of ragtag individuals.
