SCREAMBOX is starting the new year with a bloody bang, unveiling a January streaming line-up that promises something for every horror fan. From iconic gore to psychological terrors and Italian murder mysteries, here’s a breakdown of what’s hitting the platform this month.

The Twisted World of Lizzie Lazarus

Releasing exclusively on SCREAMBOX on January 14, Lizzie Lazarus explores a hellish world where “the people in Hell are starving while the people in Heaven feast.” Drawing comparisons to Stephen King’s Pet Sematary, this psychological horror film promises a dark, twisted narrative that will leave audiences questioning the boundaries of morality and the afterlife.

Double the Gore with Blood Feast

SCREAMBOX is feeding gorehounds a double serving of Blood Feast. Herschell Gordon Lewis’s groundbreaking splatter classic, widely considered the first gore film, will make its bloody debut on January 31. Fans can also catch the modern remake, starring horror veterans Robert Rusler (A Nightmare on Elm Street 2) and Caroline Williams (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2), which streams January 17.

    Celebrate January Giallo

Fans of stylish and suspenseful Italian horror are in for a treat with SCREAMBOX’s January Giallo collection. The line-up includes:

      • Strip Nude for Your Killer (January 17) – A sleazy, stylish classic filled with shocking twists.
      • The Fifth Cord (January 24) – A visually stunning thriller starring Franco Nero.
      • The Pyjama Girl Case (January 24) – A bizarre blend of giallo and true crime.
      • What Have They Done to Your Daughters? (January 31) – A gritty, action-packed spin on the genre.

    Hidden Gems and Cult Classics

SCREAMBOX is also diving deep into horror’s lesser-known treasures this January, including:

        • Wither – A Swedish homage to Evil Dead that delivers relentless terror.
        • Schramm – A disturbing dive into the mind of a serial killer.
        • They’re Watching – A found footage horror-comedy from Nickelodeon alumni.
        • Super Hot – A pizza-fueled vampire horror-comedy with a cult vibe.
        • Toys Are Not for Children – A shocking, psychosexual gem from the ‘70s.
        • Colin – A unique zombie tale told from the undead’s perspective.
