Sony To Release The Final Season Of ‘The Crown’ On Blu-Ray This September

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced that the critically acclaimed The Crown: The Final Season will be available to own on Blu-Ray and DVD on September 17, 2024. The sixth and final season of the series stars Imelda Staunton, Jonathan Pryce, Lesley Manville, Dominic West, and Elizabeth Debicki. This release comes with new bonus material including featurettes that go inside the making of this season. On October 15th, The Crown: The Complete Series will be released on Blu-Ray containing all 60 episodes of the series with over 100 minutes of special features and a collectible 24-page photobook with a special message from Peter Morgan. Synopsis: SEASON 6:   In the final season of the groundbreaking series, a relationship blossoms between Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed before a fateful car journey has devastating consequences. Prince William tries to integrate back into life at Eton in the wake of his mother’s death as the monarchy must ride the wave of public opinion. As she reaches her Golden Jubilee, the Queen reflects on the future of the monarchy with the marriage of Charles and Camilla and the beginnings of a new royal fairy tale in William and Kate.
