Almost everyone has speculated when the Star Wars Episode 9 trailer would happen including my self. Some have speculated during the super bowl, Some have said Star Wars Celebration.
Now according to Star Wars NewsNet, Star Wars: Episode 9 first trailer is set to debut in April and will also be attached to Avengers: Endgame.

Note that Disney nor Lucasfilm have announced this, but with that said, this information comes from a very credible source who has told me things that turned out to be on the mark in the past so take this however you would like.
April is a big month for Game of Thrones fans, Marvel fans, and Star Wars fans so for me I believe that it will debut at Star Wars Celebration, which is April 11-15 for only people at the celebration then a worldwide debut at the Avengers: Infinity War screening, Avengers is set to release April 26th.
