T.I. Won’t Return for Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania

Rapper T.I. will not be returning to Marvel for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. It has not been made clear as to whether or not this is related to the recent abuse accusations he and his wife Tiny are facing.

An attorney representing 11 alleged victims has accused the couple of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, assault, and more. Tyrone A. Blackburn is the attorney who is asking authorities in California and Georgia to open these investigations.

A lawyer for the couple has strongly denied these accusations:

“Clifford (T.I.) and Tameka Harris (Tiny) deny in the strongest possible terms these unsubstantiated and baseless allegations. We are confident that if these claims are thoroughly and fairly investigated, no charges will be forthcoming.”

T.I had previously played Dave in the first two Ant-Man films. The third film is still in development and does not have a release date. It was previously thought that other side characters may not return, so it’s not known if T.I.’s absence is purposeful or a coincidence.

In addition, VH1 has stopped the production of T.I. and Tiny’s reality show, T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle.
