Supernatural creatures…epic villains…and Stiles – all reasons I’ve binge-watched Teen Wolf more times than I care to admit. Thanks to an exclusive from Variety, fans can now grab their lacrosse sticks and popcorn as we return to Beacon Hills for a movie revival of the hit MTV series.
The Teen Wolf revival, which will be written and executive produced by series creator Jeff Davis, will be streamed on Paramount Plus. The exciting news drops just as the show celebrates the four-year anniversary of its finale on MTV.
According to Variety:
“In the “Teen Wolf” movie, a terrifying evil has emerged in the town of Beacon Hills. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of Banshees, Werecoyotes, Hellhounds, Kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night. But only a Werewolf like Scott McCall, no longer a teenager yet still an Alpha, can gather both new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced.”
Discussions are reportedly underway with Teen Wolf’s original cast members to return for the movie. Will Tyler Posey reprise his role as Scott McCall? We’ll keep you posted as more information is released.
