If you’re a horror fan like us, you know that a great score is essential for an effective experience. That being said, this might be Terror Vision’s most maniacally musical release yet.
SAVANNAH, GA – This week’s 13 Weeks of Halloween announcements summon exciting new partnerships and labels. As happens every Friday, the tea was just spilled to Ryan Verrill of Disc-Connected on the weekly Terror Vision live stream on YouTube.
Terror Vision is proud to conjure their new soundtrack label, Häxan, from the sonic ether. While Terror Vision will continue to do the (Dark) Lord’s Work, celebrating obscure cult classics, Häxan will summon more current devilry, releasing the best of this century’s studio horror soundtracks from films that are shaping the sound of fear for a new generation, capturing this chilling contemporary pulse on vinyl and cassette, where 1s and 0s fear to tread. With deluxe packaging, remastered audio, and limited collectible editions, Häxan invites fans to relive the terror of their favorite films in immersive, cinematic fidelity.
In partnership with WaterTower Music, Häxan casts its first spell with Benjamin Wallfisch’s blood-curdling and often moving score to THE CONJURING: LAST RITES (opening in theatres today). From whispering strings to thunderous percussion, his music captures the terror, tragedy, and final reckoning at the heart of the Warrens’ last case. This limited edition release is pressed across two 140 gm LPs on Glow in the Dark vinyl with Black Splatter, and pressed at Graveface Press (owned and operated by Terror Vision’s Ryan Graveface). All sonic malevolence released by the score will be safely harnessed in a deluxe gatefold jacket featuring demonic artwork, ideally kept in one’s evil relic room to prevent possession between spins. For those who want to further their analog curiosity, LAST RITES will also be magnetically trapped on tape within a Sonic Red cassette shell.

Not content with only one new label, Terror Vision has also just announced CELLAR DWELLER. This new soundtrack imprint will soothe the savage beast…with music from films about savage beasts. Leading off this sub-label will be three dynamic scores that exist just fine as standalone albums; all of them from popular Terror Vision home video titles. $LA$HER$ (2001, by Martin Gauthier) is a multi-genre wild ride through everything from EDM to Goblin; while SLEDGEHAMMER (1983, by Philip G. Slate, Marc Adams, and Ted Prior) and THE JAR (1984, by Obscure Sighs) are dark, brooding, and surprisingly melodious 80’s comfort food synth scores. All will be released on both vinyl and cassette. Pre-order dates pending, so watch these films again with the volume cranked while staying tuned for those individual announcements.
As always, physical media completists can save money with subscriptions in order to secure most titles, and will find bundle options for select 13 Weeks pre-orders, with themed, collectible bonus items. Those in the know stay tuned to @ _terror_vision_ for hints and clues throughout the week, then pounce on Terror-Vision.com first thing every Friday to grab these limited releases before their availability is killed off (another incentive to secure a subscription).
The last few weeks brought us the feminist Frankenstein PATCHWORK, as well as the launch of Death Nerve Video, a new sub-label dedicated to all things Giallo, starting with the French neo-Giallo, THE LAST SCREENING. Prior weeks saw a low-priced Secret Title only available for a limited time, HIDE AND GO SHRIEK in 4K, and the metal score to JIMMY AND STIGGS from Eli Roth’s The Horror Section. Week 1 initiated ‘13 Weeks’ with a triptych of scholastic slasher fare: STUDENT BODIES, DEATH BY DIALOGUE, and the synth score to CHEERLEADER CAMP. These are still available for pre-order while supplies last (some collectors’ bundles are limited to only 100 copies and are almost gone).
Terror Vision is one of the many iconoclastic brainchildren of musician and filmmaker Ryan Graveface, also the founder of both Graveface Records and The Graveface Museum (perhaps Savannah’s most macabre destination).
Syllabus For the Release

THE CONJURING: LAST RITES (2025) Original Motion Picture Soundtrack
Golden Globe/Grammy/BAFTA nominee Benjamin Wallfisch (Alien: Romulus, Blade Runner 2049, It: Chapter 2) proves himself integral to bringing Ed and Lorraine Warren’s demon-infested universe to its grand finale, musically melding the darkest corners of the supernatural realm with the heartfelt emotional resonance that Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson have imprinted upon this mega-successful franchise. Wallfisch imbues the score with a bold, atmospheric composition that pushes The Conjuring’s sonic language into darker, more experimental territory — while still honoring the haunting themes that have defined the series.
This limited edition release is pressed on 2x Glow in the Dark vinyl 140 gm LPs with Black Splatter (pressed at Graveface Press, owned and operated by Terror Vision’s Ryan Graveface); in a deluxe gatefold jacket featuring demonic artwork. Also available on cassette with a Sonic Red shell.
Terro Vision for the unfamiliar
Terror Vision is the rare home video haven for physical media connoisseurs that releases dotingly transferred obscure horror films not just on the now-essential 4K/Blu-ray formats, but on unkillable VHS too; as well as deep cut soundtracks on vinyl and cassette (Look out for a first-of-its-kind cassette-exclusive subscription coming soon).
Terror Vision has amassed a hive of devotees for its super-limited runs of low-budget fare like Gator Bait (perhaps the apotheosis of its kind), but this more Punk-at-Heart Criterion Collection is ramping up with a slew of A-List studio horror titles, coming soon.
Terror Vision has a permanent brick & mortar in Savannah, with a pop-up shop popped up next door to the Music Box Theatre in Chicago through November, full of new/used vinyl, boutique home video gems, and a wall of ‘Hey-I-remember-that-cover’ VHS tapes from the personal collection of filmmaker Joe ‘Mumblecore’ Swanberg (the pop-up’s co-founder).
