The Shining’s Doctor Sleep Finishes Filming

The Shining came out in May of 1980 and soon, we will get the sequel Doctor Sleep. Director Mike Flanagan, filming has officially wrapped!

Doctor Sleep will follow Danny Torrance, who we met in The Shining as a little boy; as an adult. The plot below is based on Stephen King’s website:

“[Danny Torrance] who has been drifting for decades, desperate to shed his father’s legacy.”

Star Ewan McGregor confirmed that movie is very true to the novel, which will make horror fans happy.

Doctor Sleep hits theaters on January 24, 2020.
