With Henry Cavill signed as Geralt of Rivia for the live-action adaptation, the hero’s story continues on through Dark Horse Comics and DC Projekt RED. The two teamed up for a new comic series, which will be called The Witcher: Of Flesh and Flame. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s writer Aleksandra Motyka is at the helm of this project and the art is done by Marianna Strychowska. For fans who have fallen in love with the video games, you will be happy to know this mini-series comes out in December, so not too far away!
The story is as follows:
“Geralt is summoned by an old friend to help solve a mystery involving his daughter. Upon his arrival, Geralt is surprised by another friend from the past and he soon finds himself transported to regions beyond his original expectations.”
