TNT’s Snowpiercer Gets a Release Date and a Teaser Trailer


We haven’t heard a whole lot about TNT’s Snowpiercer since New York Comic Con in October, but now we’re finally getting a premiere date! Bong Joon Ho wrote the original 2013 movie, starring Chris Evans, and now we have an upcoming series that will star Jennifer Connelly and Daveed Diggs. Despite it being a little slow news-wise for Snowpiercer, the network must have been happy with what they’ve seen so far because it already has an early order for a second season.

Snowpiercer, the series; will hit the WarnerMedia cable outlet on Sunday, May 31st at 9 pm. Here is also a teaser video.

Snowpiercer will be set seven years after the world plummeted into an Ice age, rather than seventeen years like the movie. The series also stars: Alison Wright, Mickey Sumner, Susan Park, Iddo Goldberg, Katie McGuinness, Lena Hall, Annalise Basso, Sam Otto, Roberto Urbina, Sheila Vand, and Jaylin Fletcher.
